Why We Built This Site
Kansas gives the public broad access to many court and government records, but Pratt County records are not kept in one place. The Clerk of the District Court handles district court case files, divorce decrees, probate filings, and completed court marriage-license filing paths. Pratt Municipal Court handles city ordinance and city traffic matters from the Law Enforcement Building. The Sheriff's Office manages the jail roster and custody questions. County Clerk Cescha Hoffman handles county administration, elections, tax levy work, and commission records, while Register of Deeds Sherry Wenrich handles deeds, mortgages, liens, plats, and other land records. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for these separate offices.
